At a later time, if you decide you need or want a Physical Mastering Grade Gold Audio CD and a Reference CD. The charge will be $25 a song for the first 3 songs and $15 for each song after. This charge also includes the encoding of ISRC and PQ codes, and the embedding of CD text. Shipping and handling is also included.

For the attended mastering sessions, rates are $70 per song. This includes a Gold master CD, an Error checked reference CD and a printed out Track sheet. CD's are burned to Red Book specifications. All codes and CD text that are provided, will be embedded onto both CD's.

With every song that gets mastered by us online, you will get a full length song sent to you for your final approval before being finalized. If you have any modifications you want made, just let us know within five days and we will do those revisions for free. After each revision, you get two days to submit another revision. We will continue until you are 100% completely satisfied. You are our valued customer and we need you to be 100% satisfied with your song, EP or CD. We want you to return to us with your next mastering or combined mixing and mastering project. |
We use Mitsui/MAM-A Gold Master disk for our master cd's. These cd's contain 24K gold in them and deliver a fuller and warmer sound. They will last you a lifetime! We only use the best master cd's for our clients. |
Our Audio Mastering Services Will Include These Things: |
- Optimization of your Peak and RMS volume levels for that right level of relative loudness
- Improvement of low-end definition and will power to your mix
- Adding clarity and sheen to the high-end of your mix
- Adding warmth to your audio with our high-end analog gear
- Establishing a sonic field for all your tracks
- Correction of mix deficiencies with equalization
- Stereo Image Enhancement, if needed
- The matching of levels throughout all your songs. So each song flows from one to another and each song will be at the same perceived volume from one song to another
- Dynamic controlled processing with the correct use of compression
- Removal of all unwanted noise throughout your tracks. This includes before the song starts, during the song is playing, and after it ends. This is for pops, clicks, crackles, hiss and any other artifacts in your audio. Note that not all artifacts can be removed during the song without degrading the sound quality of the song
- Editing and fixing the timing between your tracks
- The insertion of fades if applicable and if we are told to do so before we start
- Arranging of tracks for its final sequence
- Upon request, we are happy to convert and send you 320 bitrate MP3 files with every mastering option

Getting Your Audio Files Ready For Mastering |
- If you want the best possible results, do not compress, limit or EQ your master bus (mix bus). Do not insert compressors, limiters and equalization on the master bus
- The peak level on your master bus (mix bus) should never go above -3dB. Anywhere from -10dB to -3dB is good
- Do not change the sample rate and bit depths. Keep these at their original format.
- We accept Wave Files and AIFF Files. MP3's degrade the sound quality and is not a recommended format for mastering. If MP3's are all you have, then we can work with it
- Leave 2 seconds of silence before and after your audio file
- If you are sending more than one audio file, you should zip them into a zip folder before uploading it to us. This makes the upload and download process faster
- Songs longer than 6 minutes are subject to an additional charge

Turnaround Time is usually 12 to 24 hours for 1 to 3 songs. For 4 to 9 songs, its 12 to 48 hours. For a complete cd/album, the time shall be no longer than 4 days from receipt of material & payment. Times could vary depending on our work load, but we are good at keeping the posted turnaround times.
If you selected an audio mastering option that includes a physical master grade CD, please allow an extra 2 -3 days for shipping. Albums should be no longer than 74 minutes (do to red book specs) and songs should be no longer than 8 minutes long. All CD's are shipped Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. |
ISRC Codes: If you do not have your ISRC codes, the cd replicating plant can embed the codes for you at the time of pressing. They could charge you, but, most will not! With that in mind, I think its best for us to embed the codes for you. ISRC codes are not necessary to have for CD replicating and CD duplicating, but its good to have them.

Our Spoken Word Mastering Service Includes:
- Enhancement of your spoken word content and audio content (if it contains background music)
- Removal of coughs, lip smacks and other sounds between your spoken words. We make sure there are no artifacts and sounds between words.
- We can edit your spoken word tracks, by rearranging words or taking out a particular word or words.
- We can add effects to the voice, like echo's, Make it sound far away, and raise or lower the pitch for certain words. If you can think of it, we can do it. Its all included in the price.
Because the Spoken Word Genre, like Audio Books will be played back on many different audio systems, from a cassette player, car stereo, all the way to an expensive HI-FI stereo systems. We monitor our spoken word projects on many different sound systems to assure that everything sounds great on all playback systems. We monitor your spoken word mix on our Genelecs 1031A's, JBL LSR 4326's, Headphones, PC Speakers, Ear Pods, TV Speakers and the car radio. This assures your spoken word mix will translate on every playback system.
Price includes all shipping and handling and includes 1 Gold master CD's and 1 Error Checked Reference CD-R for every 74 minutes of audio. You also receive a digital download to your email in any audio format of your choice. We can also provide you with Mp3's upon request.
