We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. This includes your audio files, name, phone number, address, email and any other info we may send us. We do not use any kind of tracking cookies. We also safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access, through access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security measures.
This website contains material which is owned by us, licensed to us, or consent was given to use it. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, audio files and graphics. Reproduction is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
You have 5 days from the time we send you the audio file to request any free revisions. After 5 days your project is considered completed and you are no longer subject to free revisions. After each revision, you have 2 days to request another free revision. after the said days, you project is considered complete and you can no longer get free revisions. If you want a revision after the 5 days of receiving your audio file, you are subject to an additional charge and this charge is determined by us. We do not guarantee that we keep you completed projects for a period of time after its deemed completed by us. We may keep it for 4 weeks or 5 years after its completed. We are not responsible for storing your completed project after its deemed completed by the said time line (5 days after its sent to you).
All revisions must be submitted at one time. Meaning you can't request for the bass guitar to be turned up in one request and then after you listen to it, you want the lead vocal to be turned down. They all must be requested at one time or there will be a charge for each additional revision. We master to industry specs, so if you want something changed, you cannot flip flop and change it back without being charge a fee determined by CJ Jacobson. Each fee is on a case by case basis and can be $10 to The totla cost of the project.
Since Audio Mastering and Mixing is offering electronic non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue full refunds once we start your project. After your audio file is sent, there are no refunds issued. If we didn't start your project, then you are eligible for a refund, subject to a service charge. the service charge is either 25% or $25, Which ever is lower. If we started the project, then the refund is prorated and the refund is decided by us, depending on how far along the project is. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service from us. By clicking the submit button, you automatically agree to all of these terms. You must be 18 or over to order a service from audio mastering and Mixing.
Audio Mastering and Mixing may at any time, without notice to you and in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time and the changes are not prorated. Please review this policy periodically.
